Here's a thread on Eurobricks about this train. There's mention of some
sets being packed with the wrong color bars, so maybe that was this piece.

Unfortunately, it was too long ago for me to remember.

So Bricklink doesn't list them? Only Peeron does? I just realized that after
I typed my last message.

If you go to the bottom of the page in the gray part, it's under 'more'

No, they are not these:

  Hi,

I just received some Dark Brown 87994, they have no word Lego on the end but
with a notch. Seller claims they are older version from 2011 to 2014. I don't
have either col12-1 or col04-6. Could anybody confirm they are legit Lego parts?

Thank you.

My col12-1 has a regular one, but my col04-6 does indeed have a Dark Brown 87994
with that notch. Looks legit to me.

  Hi,
I have these 1x2 bricks as seen on the photo.
Is it a LEGO brick?
If yes, what is the code?

Thanks,
Tamas

Does it has Lego branding on the studs?

It does not have any studs. It is connecting studs into from both ends.

Cool idea but I have never seen anything like that. Now I'm curious if Lego
made anything like that!

To my knowledge it's not LEGO. Megablok Cobi or something. If it was AFOLs
and MOC builder would be all over it with it because of it's usefulness in
design and SNOT building.

I have 3 of them and they are either really good fakes or they are really Dark
Gray. The problem is Bricklink says they don't exist.

This is a picture of them on a Dark Gray 6x8 plate.

Anyone have any ideas?
