Almost! 
First add the "sticker over assembly" as a part, probably called 'BA164pb03'
Then add the image to that part (nice image!)
Then add the newly added part to the set as a "counterpart"

It's a misCUT. Baseplaets are vacuum formed in large sheets and then cut
to size. It's not even TLG who makes these, it's an outside company allthough
I'm not sure if they cut them too?
It's not the first time a non-standard baseplate have turned up

| Thanks for changing it! I have not checked if there were other additional parts
but focused more on the differences I have noted.
What can we do with the other two things?

The assembled part is not a big deal but the wrong inventorized minifig is...
I wanted also update the number of booklets to 11 for the 6464 instruction but

| Before venturing in selling it, first thing to do is a deep inspection with magnifier/microscope/light
etc
If it happens that the part ID is for 16x16 baseplate, it would be a complete
different case, don't you think?
Better yet, what if it's an unknown ID?

| Yeah. Listing as a custom item probably is best here, so the customer really
knows what size they are getting. Baseplates can be manually cut and finished
to look quite professional even if the cut is not exactly the same as when done
officially. Proving it was genuinely made/supplied like that may be difficult.

If it most likely was cut by Lego I think you can but let others correct me if
I am wrong.
A lot of these older baseplates have a more white stressmark on the thin side
from the cut made in the Lego factory.
They were cut into shape from a very large plate.
So if you sell it make sure the size is very visible in your description to make
sure a potential buyer can read it and after selling make sure they really DID
read it since you can only put it on Bricklink like:
1) a custom item (not found easily)

What do you mean by this? The most wanted or the most expensive? These are two
different concepts. You can find the most wanted animal (in each category) by

I wouldn't expect too much from BrickLink right now. It's been months
since the U.S. sales tax feature was implemented and there's still no word
on when exemptions will be available for resellers.

You are definitely not the only one that would find this useful. I would also
like the ability to sort sets by size, as I have a bunch of random boxes I am
looking to use and I want to know which sets will fit in the boxes.

I am not sure a minifig has ever been split over stud type. Usually it is a
run change within a set, so this might be a different case.

| The most wanted parts are often some of the most highly listed quantities, and
cheapest parts. They are often most wanted as they have been in many sets, so
get added to many wants lists. The three most wanted torso assemblies for example:
have been in 20(22), 40(45) and 43(44) minifigures (or sets) respectively. And
none are particularly valuable.

My memory could well be wrong but I had a lot of the Space sets from this era
while growing up and I don't remember *any* extras. Technic/Expert Builder
is another story.

The piececount on the USA version is 202.
Each minifig (with airtank) is in general counted as 4 pieces;
If they counted head and torso separately, it would be counted as 5 pieces.
So we get
197+2*4=205
197+2*5=207
We can take out shot and take average of the two piece-counts:
(202+220)/2 = 211
Still not 202 nor 220
It is not gonna be 202 or 220. So we need to investigate further:
Upon checking images available on google, we realize there are two piece-counts
for Canadian boxes. One is correctly 220 and the other one is 205! See photos
two and three.
This suggests that TLG realized the mistake happened and corrected it in later
production. The correct piece-count for minifigs is 3 (here 4 because of yellow
airtank):
197+2*4=205
In the last photo, we see the two minifigs very happy for this conclusion.

I have opened some Canadaian sets from the early 1980s and there were extra parts
add. But it was obvious which ones, as they didn't have anything to do with
the set.
I think it's because that additional parts during these years were often
added to sets. You can sometimes see them being used on the back of the box.
A great example of that is the classic yellow castle:
Take a look at the change log there.

Almost every single one of my '79-'85 sets I remember owning had extras
and it always seemed like it was a game. Like the guy on the line packing found
something laying on the ground near injector and tossed it in. That was always
speculation when I was like 8 since it never made any sense to me on what those
particular parts where for. The one I remember the most was my very old
Keep in mind this was a YELLOW Expert Builder Forklift Set. I got two Extra RED
2x4 Technic plates with holes in the sealed box.
aside from the b or c model parts.... these parts had ZERO place in the set

Many of the bionicle pieces seem to be made of a thicker and slightly softer
plastic which often messes with the colors, especially trans ones.
