VICTORY!!! I took one and marked it as PAID instead of SHIPPED, then ran "check" on bricksync and it picked it up!!! yay! Its much better for me to have these parts removed [...]

It did not work to unfile them hoping bs would pick them up. I did blmaster on off, sync, but thats all I know to do. anyone know how to get bricksync to pick up these orders?

when bricksync was restarted the next day, it did recored all the brickowl orders but not the bricklink orders. I also found this in the log. any ideas what this means? 16:07:06 [...]

Do you 'file' orders? Bricksync will only pick up non-filed orders, so if the orders were filed during the time the internet was down, that could explain it. In Related [...]

What makes you think bricksync did not process the orders? I only ask as bricksync usually catches up as soon as the connection is restored. You can check in your bricksync\data\orders [...]
