Ah, these are the commercial rates. I was looking at the personal rates. As I am a hobbiest seller and not registered as a commercial user of PP, I think the personal rates apply. [...]

VS, Canada, Europa I** 0,5% = balance payment 3,9% + vaste kosten = credit cards That's for Belgium sellers receiving payments from for instance Holland. Correct? Or am I [...]

According to my table that's for credit card payments through PP, not balance. Or am I wrong here?
