These are no surprise eggs.
Like you say there are 4 differents eggs and one box has 3 of each (12 total),
like in
[s=2751case-1]
and like shown on image of
I noticed 2751case-1 when I wanted to add the inventory of 2751-1.
You have a display box with 3 of each 4 different eggs.
Nothing more and nothing less. So my suggestion still is to
merge those two.
I can't think of any inventory for 2751-1 than the exact same as 2751case-1

It looks like 2751-1 was added by accident, probably because the one already
in the catalog was numbered 2751case-1 instead of just 2751-1.
I have merged the newer entry back into the older one. I then renumbered and
renamed 2751case-1 since "2751" is the official item number and "Egg Fun" is
the official item name for the 12-pack set according to LEGO catalogs. So we
now have one entry for this set:
Next, I renamed and renumbered 2751All4-1 and the individual egg "sets" to be
similar to how the collectible minifigure series "sets" are handled:
