I just got this probably. This one has been opened, so I just don't have
an airtight case here, but the box says 4168037 just like

I can't find anything that says 7398. The box itself is identical to the
box of 4168037b and so it is technically possible that someone has reconstituted
it. The box shows Fairy #6. B has Fairy #4 and this one I just got has Fairy
#9 and at a glance all the pieces found in the 7398 inventory.

Can anyone fill any gaps?

"7398" is the item number used on lego.com (and maybe in Shop@Home catalogs).
This number is most likely not shown on any box, but they had to create on to
list it for sale along with normal sets.

For now I would say your latest set is 7398, and I have added 4168037c as an
alternate item number.
