| hello, a buyer has filed a NSS because it took me 1 month to process it and ship
it ( I got a very very bad flue that took me to hospital for a week), i have
proof of that the package has been sent and even delivered(tracking number and
proof of depot), how can I restore the order back to complete.

PS: there was probably some kind of bug when sending the drive true because he
apparently did not get the tracking number.

answer repay to the NSS and send an email to the helpdesk .
