Parts: Brick, Modified {Light Bluish Gray}
is not just part of the packaging. It is included in the parts list on the set
packaging and is shown being used in the instructions to construct the model.
Both of these are conditions for being included as a part in the Regular Items
section of the inventory.

I will look into the other set that includes this part to see if it needs adjusting.
