Set

Set No: 5861 Name: Fairy Island
*
5861-1 (Inv) Fairy Island
102 Parts, 2 Minifigures, 2003
Sets: Belville: Fairy-Tale
contains some foam pieces. I'm pondering why these are classisied
as Green. I've just found two sets of foam pieces along with some of the
parts from the sets (which indicate that this set came with two pieces of foam).
The foam appear to be more Bright Green than Green. Some of the foam pieces are
combined with part

Part No: 44512 Name: Plant Vine 26L Bent
*
44512 Plant Vine 26L Bent
Parts: Plant
which appears in Bright Green in this set, so it
makes sense that the foam was the same color. Should I correct this?

Attached image shows foam, a Green 1x2 brick, a Bright Green apple and Medium
Green 1x1 plate with clip to show the different colors together.

/Jan

I have some that I took from a sealed set, if you would like a second opinion.
I can check tonight.

That would be great.

But I'm also awaiting an admin comment. Maybe there's a reason they a
categorized as Green.

Also, please ignore my comments about an extra set of foam pieces in this set.
Numbers of other parts means that I have parts from two sets, not one.

All of the foam pieces from this set and other sets that had these foam sheets
are not exact color matches for BrickLink colors. All of the foam colors are
basically faded versions of the colors you would see in ABS. So the red sheets
look like faded red, the yellow sheets look like faded yellow, the green sheets
look like faded green, etc. I don't think the colors need to be changed.

Cheers,
Randy
