| I have always offered members of my LUG the option to buy from me, and pick up
at the meeting, or in person, when paying cash. This allows them to save money
in shipping, and saves me PayPal fees. Obviously I still have to pay Bricklink
fees, but that's still a little better.
Currently my state is not one of the ones that has Tax automatically deducted.
My question is, What do I do when that starts? Am I then forced to use PayPal?
Can my customer still pay in cash, I mark the order as paid, and then Bricklink
adds the taxes to my monthly fees?
I feel like this question had to have come up, but I did a search and couldn't
find anything.
Anything that could clear this up would be appreciated.

Only with PayPal Onsite Bricklink can collect tax.
There is no other payment option.

| Can a seller retaliate by leaving me negative feedback for a canceled order (due
to NSS)?
Background:
I placed an order, and status has not changed in over a week. His terms say not
to email him.
I send follow up emails nonetheless, but of course no response. I file a NSS.
He then responds and says that he "thinks" (his exact wording) that the order
went out. (My other orders I placed after this transaction from elsewhere have
all arrived). I then said I want a cancelation/ refund.
He comes back and asks me to remove the NSS first, because the system reportedly
is preventing him to do anything. He is also instructing me to file OCR instead.
(I believe I would have to remove the NSS, then file a cancelation. In which
case it would look like I was the one defaulting on the transaction.)
I've had a similar situation in the past where the seller refunded me through
PayPal, then I removed the NSS.
However, this guy is saying I should not listen to anyone in the forum, and he
is threatening to have "Admin" involved.
I believe I am well within my right to file the NSS, as the waiting period lapsed
and no service was rendered in exchange for the money received from me.

Reply saying "Please involve the admins".

| I often list these as separate lots, 'pearl gold lighter variety' and
'pearl gold darker variety' but both pearl gold. Always worth mentioning
that 'pearl gold can come in different shades' in the listing when they
differ significantly (like 1x1 round plates for example).

| Hello everybody,
I have a little problem choosing the color.
Right, pearl gold.
On the left ??, I thought about flat dark gold but I am not sure because this
color for this part is not referenced on Bricklink, it does not exist in any
set?
Can you help me ?
Thanks !

Both are classified as Pearl Gold and not distinguished on Bricklink. Just color
variation.
The difference between the Pearl and Metallic colors is:
Pearl colors are colored throughout the part; the 'pearly' thing is mixed
throughout the plastic.
Metallic colors are also called drum lacquered; they are painted with a metallic
coating.
