Super slow also here in south Italy (Napoli). Pages take 30 secs to a minute
to load when they make it. Had to send a message trice before being able to send
it properly.
Reading this post I think is a localized problem of Italy

I saw one, and only one, instance a few hours ago, where it took upwards of 30

I want to put my Studio 2.0 models in Blender, but there's an issue that
always pops up when I export it as a .dae file.

For example, I have a 14769pb133 (Tile, Round 2 x 2 with Bottom Stud Holder with
Clock with Roman Numerals Simple Pattern), but when I export it as a dae and
import it into Blender, it does not include the clock decal.

Is there a setting in Blender that I need to enable to include the texture, or
is there an alternate method of obtaining pieces with the decals?

The dedicated forum for Studio and PartDesigner is https://forum.bricklink.com/
(hover over the red Studio icon on every page, then click “Studio Forum”).

In order to be able to answer your question, I think you’ll need to join your
.io file.  As the forum is public and you may not want to make your file public,
you may also try and join the devs by e-mail at studio@bricklink.com .

Can’t you cycle your pics?  (delete the old one to add new ones)

(I just spent too many minutes on flickr trying to understand how the offers
worked.  What a nightmare!  No information but “create an account and go pro.”
The 1000-pic-limit isn’t anywhere in their FAQ, I had to duckduckgo for it.
They just say “pro = no limits” without saying what the limit is, or the cost.
Need to use the search box to find the prices.  I guess their intended public
doesn’t care about cost….)

Frankly, photo storage like that is not what I'd pay for anyway. If I have

Just my 2 cents.

Not used it for sometime but hold photo’s there in the free section, I need to
upgrade if I’m to add more.

I’m getting to the stage where I might return to searching for unusual and rarer
Lego bricks, a little out of touch these days but hope to make new or re establish
old contacts.

The code needed to get through the Oauth 1.0 authentication was the hardest thing
to figure out when I starting using the API to build the Brick Seller app.

If you are not familiar with Brick Seller, you can find a link to it on the BrickLink
Inventory Software links here: https://www.bricklink.com/links.asp?catID=9

I noticed while parting out that one looked like it had a nasty scratch on the
side. On closer inspection, it turned out to be the sprue mark! Really surprised
to find a slope with the sprue mark on the side in 2021.

strange indeed
they should be out of sight

They annoy me in technic beams already.
If we don't complain, there will be more cases for sure

Rick, thank you so much for this info. I just watched all the videos. Is there
a specific setting to direct the specific API call for U.S. inventory pricing
only?

Set No: 75316 Name: Mandalorian Starfighter
*
75316-1 (Inv) Mandalorian Starfighter
535 Parts, 3 Minifigures, 2021
Sets: Star Wars: Star Wars The Clone Wars

and it has a few of these:

Part No: 2341 Name: Slope, Inverted 45 3 x 1 Double
*
2341 Slope, Inverted 45 3 x 1 Double
Parts: Slope, Inverted

I'm not sure what you are asking. I use the API extensively. What do you
mean by "store API address"?

The BrickLink API allows you to get the Price Guide Past 6 Months Sales data
for US sellers only. This is incorporated into the Continuous Price Updates
feature of Brick Seller.

If you are not familiar with Brick Seller, you can find a link to it on the BrickLink
Inventory Software links here: https://www.bricklink.com/links.asp?catID=9

For sellers like myself who only sell to US customers and want to price their

very inaccurate results, usually below the lowest prices.

Has anyone figured out a workaround to this issue so that a seller could extract
pricing based solely on inventory located in the US?

It's funny ... I often think it is US based sales that pull averages down,
as (domestic) US buyers pay more than the price recorded as they pay tax on top.
Whereas UK and EU (domestic) buyers buy with tax included (if at all), so the
recorded prices include any necessary tax. If paid prices were equal, the recorded
prices would be lower in the US. It is a problem with different tax rules but
just one way of calculating the average price.

Thank you for your kind words.

As a teenager we had a golden Labrador and she was a great loss back then, couldn’t
bring myself to have a dog after that.

My daughter decided to have Max when she had her own place, he spent some time
with us at one stage and we became best buddies.

He had a habit of lying on the back of the sofa behind you as you see in the
photo, now I’m reminded of why I wouldn’t have a dog all those years, can’t stand
losing them.

Hello!
We have been going through a bunch of minifig parts recently, and have been trying
to part together any complete ones that we may have. However, many have been
listed for parts. Is there any software that allows a store to see what minifigs
they have all of the parts to build listed in their inventory? This would be
an extremely useful tool for completing minifigures.

She knows she's not allowed in. I stand there and glare, which is usually

Then she rebelliously shoots into the shop through the garage door and right

It's a good things its a cute cat, that's all I have to say...

very inaccurate results, usually below the lowest prices.

Has anyone figured out a workaround to this issue so that a seller could extract
pricing based solely on inventory located in the US?

In the settings for price guide select US only, and it will show only US based
prices for current items.

Here: https://www.bricklink.com/priceGuideSettings.asp?viewFrom=P

It doesn't work for part outs, so more work instead
of worldwide averages if you are pricing lots of parts.

Right...

I took care of those this year.

Errr OK, in which direction ? Did the Racer become minifigs or did the Cars move

I think it would be a safe move.

I also think if the character/figure is advertised on the box with the other
minifigs then it should be included Lego themselves are calling it a figure.

In the descriptions on their website, LEGO does not routinely use the word figure.
They use minifigure to mean things typically built from traditional minifigure
parts and character for other assemblies.

  Hi Fellow Lego enthusiasts,

I'd like to open a can of worms and state that Animals that are based on
Characters should be classed as Minifigures.

We now have "Brick Built" figures being included as Minifigures (EG: Unikitty
& Super Mario) However Animals that are Characters in their respective TV show
or Movie are considered Animals? (EG: Scooby Doo from Scooby Doo & Lotso the
Bear from Toy Story)

What are your thoughts?

Even LEGO is now confused as to what a minifigure is. Take a look at the press
release for their new Sonic the Hedgehog set, which hit fan sites yesterday.
Their press release refers to it containing five minifigures yet only one of
them has traditional torso and legs. Whereas they are more careful on their own
website, where they only refer to one minifigure.

That a great question. Here my thinking is anything that built by bricks should
be a mini build. an example of this is minifig sw0767 for example.

I don't see an issue with there being a category of Brick Built Figure and
encompassing that under the general "Minifigure" banner.
Examples of that being giant Ant Man and all of the Super Mario enemies.

I personally have a massive issue with we are now considering brick built characters
as minifigs however Animals are not!.
Also it's irritating looking at your collection in a digital setting and
it shows I own x number of Scooby sets but 0 Scooby Doo figures.

I also think if the character/figure is advertised on the box with the other
minifigs then it should be included Lego themselves are calling it a figure.

It happens in cities too.  And especially at this time of year, when there’s
more packages and they hire temps.
Less hassle to have the package lost or “porch stolen” than to bring it back.

It turns out that is what wheelie bins are for. Not rubbish, they are parcel
holders. One of my pre-Christmas deliveries was put in my neighbour's bin.

The package delivery person (very likely) drove around, could not find it, dropped
it on the grass, and scanned it delivered.

There is no excuse for that, but it is happening. So beware of some of the addresses
you get handed, by new buyers, and package delivery people who claim to have
delivered it. They may all be bupkis.

several days of fog. On it was an address that, had it existed, would have been
about 4 houses north of me. But there are no houses or addresses like that.

Like most all sellers here, I use electronic postage where the addresses get
verified and corrected by the payment service (Paypal) and the shipping provider's
software. So, every package I send out is easily accepted.

Just the other day, I took a stack of packages to the post office from my mother
with hand-written addresses (she was sending out copies of her second published
book to buyers -- congratulations, Mom). The postal clerk verified each
address before applying postage and even rejected one due to a bad address.
I was pretty surprised at all this; I had never experienced this. But, it seems
like a good way to prevent bad and fake addresses from causing problems and filling
up the "dead letter office" with undeliverable parcels.

As for lazy delivery personnel, there is a ravine in Alabama with space for more
packages to be dumped, so I have heard.

And there was this little incident reported in November;

Hundreds of FedEx packages were discovered in a ravine on private property in
Blount County, Alabama, on Wednesday (November 25).

I took care of those this year.

Errr OK, in which direction ? Did the Racer become minifigs or did the Cars move

I'd like to open a can of worms and state that Animals that are based on

We now have "Brick Built" figures being included as Minifigures (EG: Unikitty

or Movie are considered Animals?

Yes, I know where to find it in the BrickLink catalog, but is it in the Stud.io program? If not, is there some other program out there that offers it?

You would have much better luck posting your questions in the Studio Forum:

https://forum.bricklink.com/

Actually, your first bet would need to be to read the FAQ on Parts at https://forum.bricklink.com/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=6368

and then look at the LDraw library at https://www.ldraw.org/cgi-bin/ptscan.cgi?q=dino&scope=header
to see if your parts are listed there. If so, those parts can easily be added
through PartDesigner. If not, you'll have to search the internet in the hope
someone has created a decent 3D model of the parts you need. For Bionicle I've
heard of some parts packs, for dino's not yet.

Were the parts taken down, or are they using an external source to get this version
of the LEGO Tyrannosaur?

I typed in "rex" and got a t-rex torso and head in the parts menu. Is the one
you're after different? I'm not familiar with the Lego dino types/versions.

I'm beginer in that problem and I can't find some things.
1st can I rotate blocks in a 'custome' rotations, for example rotate
on 35°?
2nd I can not find some window blocks which are produced by lego, where can I
found them?
That are windows in sizes: 9x2, 9x3, 9x4 and that one from photo

For Studio related questions, use https://forum.bricklink.com
You are currently on the Bricklink marketplace forum.

In Studio: For the rotation, use the rotation tool. While dragging, the position
of your mouse determines not only the angle, but also the step size: inside the
circle = big steps, further outside = continuous. Or you can type the exact number
in the white box.

The windows you refer to are probably found under 'canopy':

https://www.bricklink.com/v2/search.page?q=canopy#T=P

or under 'windscreen':

Dunno what software you are referring to, but in StudIO you are able to rotate
it.

Windscreen:

Hi, this question has been asked several times on the dedicated forum¹ and the
answer is there’s no Linux version and there’s no plan to make one.

You can use Wine, it works rather well (see the dedicated forum¹).

¹ The dedicated forum for Studio and PartDesigner is https://forum.bricklink.com/

Please search the forum for your question before posting a new one (the search

BLS Manager now helps you verify your inventory quantities!

New for the Order Picker is the Chk column where you can mark a checkbox to register
that the number of items left in your inventory is correct.

All your inventory is listed in the new Inventory Checker module where you can
see the time you last verified a lot's quantity. You can search, sort, and
set the number of days before a lot needs to be rechecked again, and of course,
change the Checked status

You can use the Inventory Editor to correct quantities.

Hope this is useful!

No program update to Brickstore and whilst I see a lot of code having been introduced
on Github when does the program get updated?

With each code update there the program gets a Dev build that you can download
manually here: https://github.com/rgriebl/brickstore/actions

The program itself only updates with version releases, that get done usually
once a month or so when there are some new things and fixes.

Between 24 and 0 o'clock. Consider it it Christmas time (Santa Claus and
so...).

Thank you very much for sharing the joy with me.

It might not be a big thing, but it really made my day.

I watched Clone Wars for the first time with my kids a year ago and enjoyed it
very much. It was the "force" push towards rediscovering LEGO and Star Wars.
The reason to join Bricklink was to learn a bit about LEGO and SW worlds that
have grown much since i was a child.

Thank you all for organizing such an interesting contest and participating.

Keep up the good work.

Always encouraging getting positive feedback. Thank you, Marko
