idea about the UV light, definately a tool worth having. Fun too lighting bricks
up in the dark

I used one for other Neons in the past and it worked great, orange, green etc
but didn't realise TLB worked too so just ordered another torch of the wicked
people...

Thanks but Arghhhh! I just found some TMB parts and they don't match, so
in this photo it's TLB on top TMB on bottom and the ones I thought were TMB

Did you see Gary I's response to this set in the link sent above?

Just the opposite...this is almost 100% surely done BY LEGO AT LEGO...don't
think the TV station would be able to seal the parts in a plastic bag...not back
in 1989 anyway...

I agree with Gary...it was an 'inside job' at TLG so then it WOULD be
a Lego set, IMO.

Yes. Transparent colors aren’t always the most consistent. You could also try
putting these studs under a UV light, as TMB is actually just another neon color
and will glow under said light.

Ahh I did not know that thank you, if only the children hadn't lost my UV
torch I bought for other neons...will have to purchase another.

Hi Randy

I thought it was agreed not to do this as this wasn't really a Lego promo.

If I'm correct, it was WDR itself that did the printing to hand it out to
the employees.

I could be wrong

Once again the story: https://forum.brickset.com/discussion/15873/the-mysterious-german-6661-mobile-tv-studio-set

I know... I have this one in my collection.

Years ago, this set was already pending but was rejected by the CA's.

ok, sometimes one can revise one's opinion

I wonder why 6193 is marked for deletion.
I have a white horse with brown eyes. Like the picture.
The only other white version is 6193b02, but that has dark orange eyes.

So where I can leave my white horse with brown eyes?

Kind regards,

Can you post a close-up photo of the eyes of your horse? Maybe we need a new
catalog entry for it.

The white 6193 is not the same pattern as 6193pb03. It looks much more like

Part No: 6193pb02 Name: Horse, Foal, Belville with Black Outlined Eyes with Eyelashes and Brown Irises Pattern
*
6193pb02 Horse, Foal, Belville with Black Outlined Eyes with Eyelashes and Brown Irises Pattern

In general, the Duplo one-of colors are pretty rare (in that they only occur
in one part and those parts themselves are rare):

* Add 1 Part 43093 Blue Technic, Axle 1 with Pin with Friction Ridges Lengthwise (Alternate) (match ID 99)

Comments from Submitter:
I own the set and kept it built since I bought it. Just recently disassembled it for storage and using BL inventory to ensure I have all parts.

My set has a different set of instructions from the set on LEGO.com. I added in the parts differences as MATCH ID 99 and modified the existing different parts to be MATCH ID 99.

Need this note added to set:
------------------------------------
Redesigned during production.

There are two versions of the instructions for this set. The differences for the second version are indicated in this inventory in the Alternate Items section with Match ID 99.
------------------------------------
This is the same message appearing on

Set No: 75257 Name: Millennium Falcon
*
75257-1 (Inv) Millennium Falcon
1327 Parts, 7 Minifigures, 2019
Sets: Star Wars: Star Wars Episode 9

This is a tough one. It is definitely a redesign but it looks like the initial
inventory (which was based on sealed set contents) already included both building
variants. Can you show a bit more of your instructions, especially the full pages
15-16? And which number is printed on the back of the instructions?

Based on your requests I assume your set came with this variant
[p=32064c,3] and did NOT contain

Part No: 3700 Name: Technic, Brick 1 x 2 with Hole
*
3700 Technic, Brick 1 x 2 with Hole
Parts: Technic, Brick {Yellow}
and

Part No: 4274 Name: Technic, Pin 1/2 without Friction Ridges
*
4274 Technic, Pin 1/2 without Friction Ridges
Parts: Technic, Pin {Blue}
Is this correct?

This is correct.

  ------------------------------------

And one last question - did your set came with

Part No: 2540 Name: Plate, Modified 1 x 2 with Bar Handle on Side - Free Ends
*
2540 Plate, Modified 1 x 2 with Bar Handle on Side - Free Ends
Parts: Plate, Modified {Tan}

or

Part No: 48336 Name: Plate, Modified 1 x 2 with Bar Handle on Side - Closed Ends
*
48336 Plate, Modified 1 x 2 with Bar Handle on Side - Closed Ends
Parts: Plate, Modified {Tan}
?

My set came with 48336.

Attached are pictures from my instruction booklet.

Thanks and I'm sorry it took so long to come back to these requests.
The inventory has been updated, and with a part variant in the first version
and an extra part only in the redesigned version, it is now one of our most complex
inventories I'm afraid (but the inventory note should explain everything).

The request to add one

Part No: 43093 Name: Technic, Axle 1L with Pin with Friction Ridges
*
43093 Technic, Axle 1L with Pin with Friction Ridges
Parts: Technic, Axle {Blue}
was not accepted because this part was apparently never included in the set (even
though it is shown in the first version of the instructions).

Attached are photos of the supplementary sheet found at
https://brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=294371
and of a new set (first version) that was sold on Ebay a few months ago.

I have also removed

Part No: 2540 Name: Plate, Modified 1 x 2 with Bar Handle on Side - Free Ends
*
2540 Plate, Modified 1 x 2 with Bar Handle on Side - Free Ends
Parts: Plate, Modified {Tan}
because this was most likely just an error in the initial inventory. It is not
possible to build the set with this part.

  Hey All,
I just found this forum tab and its awesome! I am wondering what the rarest colour
is. Like what color appears in the least amount of sets. What makes the colour
rare?
Things like that,
Thanks,

  Hi Jennifer,

I have tried it, but i have to opload an image. I can't provide the original
image, because it is to small and I have to upload a picture to send a message.
I can't upload a dummy-image because it is to big.

Thanks for the help anyway,

Tim

Try to upload it here in the forum, there are less restrictions.

I already did the down- and upload
