It used to be easier, but it looks like PayPal and BL are more linked then they
used to be.

You will have to refund the buyer, and reinvoice them.

I don't follow. Why not simply send the buyer an invoice straight from Paypal
for the shipping cost?

How good is Pirate Ship for doing labels, price compared to PayPal shipping,
and can you get insurance to cover first class international packages. I have
been using PayPal for years now and they moved me to Shipstation of which I'm
not a fan of but can tolerate. My 3rd party insurance was always done with Shipsurance
in the past and then single packages weren't possible so I went to InsurePost...now
they are sending you to Shipsaver which completely sucks. Just wanting simple
shipping and simple international coverage that I can offer if need be for reasonable
pricing.

Please chime in...what do you all use and pay for??

Thanks

What's the process of entering addresses to ship to? With paypal, it has
all the purchases right there to select from, no entering addresses or anything.

Come take a look at the new Christmas village sets I just added to my store,
including the Winter Village Cottage and Santa’s Workshop. Best prices in North

Push a bar through the centre of hinge plate, being careful not to bust a side
off. Just be slow and careful.

Yes, BL would be affected by this as well.
But, they've been saying that they will implement Canadian Tax fields for
a while as well.
This may spur them on, but it did take a long time for them to implement the
US state taxes.

And it is something that BL is "in the process of handling".

You need to change the three fields with the red arrows.

1 Change Payment Status to none

2 Change Order Status to Received

3 Change Shipping Method to one of your shipping methods

4 Click Submit Changes at the bottom

You may need to do it in two steps. #1 and #4 and then 2, 3 and 4.

The greyed fields on the right should then be editable.

As it's only a $0.05 order, For PayPal, you will lose money on this order
if you don't put in an additional charge. Tell them to send it via e-transfer
if you accept it.

As a new seller, you don't have this enabled automatically, you need to send
an email to the help desk to have "Bank Transfer" or "e-transfer" enabled.

On an unrelated note, I see that you accept many currencies. In order for that
to work, you need to have a different PayPal wallet for each one. It is much
easier to limit it to CDN, USD, Euro and GBP.

Sets: Scala

* Change 1 Part {Medium Orange to Light Orange} 6904 Scala Wall, Diamond Shaped Window 8 x 2 x 8

Comments from Submitter:
Part 6904 in Light Orange has ElementID 4120305. This part in Medium Orange has ID 4153427, suggesting that it was made a few years after 1998. A photo of a listing will follow this change request. I believe this should be the final part moved to the Light Orange color.

It is slightly hard to spot, but the color of the wall matches the floor plate.

Forget BrickLink - too complicated.

Send an e-mail your buyer with the cost he has to pay, provide your PayPal address
and amount, or an URL to do this, or a paypal.me shortcut.

Add a 0.50$ for extra PayPal fees.

Say (kindly) you won't ship before this extra is paid, and if not, refund
and cancel.

Done.

Maybe a picture will help. There is a setting that you can enable that will create
a new column on the orders received page with the payment status. You should
then see a drop-down menu that will allow you to set the payment status to none,
sent, received, etc. Setting it to none should allow you to add a shipping charge
and send a new invoice. If not, then you may want to consult the help desk.

Put the received payment in the credit field.
That way only the shipping cost is on the new invoice.

You sell LEGO on BrickLink, BrickLink belongs to LEGO.
So you're a kind of Authorized Seller.

Please ask LEGO (Tanja?) this document, or make them aware this starts to be
a problem?

I am trying to bulk upload to my inventory. I can only export XML, and import
XML. I have Brickstore installed, but that is just a desktop version of Bricklink.

I don't understand anything, sorry.

Brickstore isn't a desktop version of BrickLink, it has different functionalities.

It is made for opening/creating lists and bulk (or mass) update or upload
in a few clicks.

I can't see a better way to do this.

To Me Lego is a beautiful collection of plastic bricks. These bricks can be made
into hundreds, millions and even billions of things.

Lego can come as a set with instructions. A group of pieces to build anything.
Maybe even a character from Muppets or Looney Tunes.

I have been building Lego for years and it has helped me with everything. When
I'm down or annoyed I like to sit down at my Lego table and build away.
Some of my MOC projects can least a few weeks (Lego Minecraft Ghast MOC). And
others can only take a few days, (Lego Christmas Tree Ornaments).

I just love to sit down at the end of a long day and build something with Lego.
I love going onto YouTube and seeing some cool new Lego Set Leaks. I am hyped
everyday because I know that there will always be something cool on the Bricklink
Forums or something on The Brothers Brick.

I can't explain how much Lego has helped me over the years. And as I know
hundreds of people around me also share my love of Lego.

As the years have gone by Lego has changed so much. They have gone from basic
sets like Lego Police Patrol Car (Set #600) to beautiful masterpieces like the
Lego Vintage Typewriter (Set #21327).

I have grown up with Lego around me for the past 10 years. Even as a young kid
I played with Duplo.

I thank Lego for its HUGE role in my life and the amount of happiness it has
brought me.

That is just the 3D images. They look like that from their "bent knees" and "twisted

They wont actually come out like that.

You are not the first person to experience this:

Perhaps one of those sellers can follow-up with what has happened since and if
there was any sort of resolution.

This is exactly WHY I cancelled my Amazon Sellers acct after 13 years. I was
banned from selling CDs, Ikea items, most Disney items, most DVD's, INCLUDING
my own. It was crazy. In your country it may be part of a licensing agreement,
etc. - that you have to be an "authorized seller" in order to sell goods from
manufacturers that have enough power or $$ to enforce such rules, it's AWFUL.
As LEGO has that kind of power.

good luck!

They don’t seam to be worth to much

Sadly the second one, I am guessing it will only add roughly $5 to the figure,
so if anyoen wants will take $20 for it.

Thanks, NG

Hi all,
I set up a Stripe account and a buyer made a purchase using the Stripe payment
method - no issues, I received payment confirmation and the order was sent. A
few days after, Stripe emailed stating payouts are paused on my account for the
following reason:

"We noticed that you're selling popular branded goods and/or copyrighted
content in your store. We're writing to request documentation that you're
authorized to sell these products. Unfortunately, we need to pause payouts to
your bank account until we can verify this".

I contacted Stripe support, and received the following advice during the chat
support:

"To be in line with our Terms of Service (Service Agreement) we need any sellers
of branded items like Marvel, Disney, Nintendo, designer brands, etc to provide
us with documented proof from those brands to sell their goods."

I immediately cancelled Stripe as a store payment option, have refunded the buyer
in full and arranged alternative payment. I have no intention of providing Stripe
any such information, but just wondering how other sellers have dealt with this
in the past?

Thanks for any insight!

I've noticed a couple of stores marking their shipping up to extraordinary
prices. I was just quoted $19.95 to send 4 minifigures and the pizza van across
one state. This is starting to smell like when eBay sellers upcharge for shipping
only to use a cheaper version. For the first 20-25 transactions on here, there
were no problems, never over $8-9 and I bought creator sets etc, but now it's
$19.95 for two sub 8 oz 'sets'? Anyone else experienced this lately?

I would be very careful using the word extortion. Excessive might be better.
It all depends on the seller, and if they are using retail shipping or commercial.
Postage prices have been increasing as of late, but that feels high to me.

it did and didn't as it won't let me change the price still or I'm

that fix it so I can change it

Set the payment status to none. You should then be able to add the shipping charge
and send an updated invoice.

To set the payment status to none, either scroll to the bottom of the order details
page and click "Edit Order", or go to My BL -- Settings -- My Order Settings
and check the box to separate the payment status from the order status. You will
then be able to change the payment status directly from your Orders Received
page.

Hope that helps.

Hello,

I recently have found a Boba Fett with no helmet printing, I was wondering if
anyone knew how rare this is, or had any appraisals, I am also open to any and
all offers. Anyone have any advice? The helmet is just a plain mandatorily helmet
with absolutely no printing, similar to the one in the new mandatorily forge.

Thanks, NG

Is there a setting that I cannot find to give a possibly more normal calculation
of the percentage off for a whole category you see in the inventory section of
a store?

Currently it reports the average percentage off of each lot, irrespective of
price and number of items in the lot. Is it possible to flick a setting somewhere
and get it to report the value of (total original - total current) / total original
x 100% ?

For example,

2 items in one lot at £25, with 20% off.
1 item in another lot at £1.
1 item in another lot at £1.

That inventory price was £52, and is now £42.

I would say that whole category has 19.2% off (or 19% if rounding). Whereas BL
reports it as just 7% off using (20%+0%+0%)/3. The percentage is a bit misleading
especially if you have lots of low value, small qty lots not on sale.

I don't know if BrickLink supports this natively, but this is fairly easy
to do using Excel.

Yeah, each one is fairly easy to do in my head too, but that means doing them
one by one with no way to quickly scan down that column to see if I've made
a serious error after automating a sale price.

Plus it is one of those things I think I'd prefer not to see at all rather
than calculated in a weird way.

There is no LEGO logo on it, but maybe that's normal with 85861 parts because
the hole in the stud is too small. I don't have any other 85861 parts to
compare with.

Is it fake?

It's fake. Part 85861 has a completely open stud; you can stick bars completely
through it.

Yeah this one is not open, I can't put something through it. The size is
exactly the same as a 4073 though.

Thanks for the confirmation, then it's going in the fake parts jar.

On Mac, the command to import your BrickLink store inventory into BrickStore
is File -- Import -- BrickLink Store Inventory (not sure about Windows).
From there, you can go File -- Export to export it as an XML file.

I know how to export my inventory to an XML file, or into Brickstore, but
I need to add like 300 new sets to my inventory for a bulk upload back to Bricklink.
I dont know how to do that in an easy way. I know how to bulk upload, but not
how to add 300 sets to an XML file in an easy way.

1. Type them into an excel list. (set number, price, qty, cost) make sure you
use "S" for type as it indicates Set.
2. Developer tap, export to xml.
3. Copy xml code into Bricklink Upload page
4. Click Verify file.

See images.

Which sets are you trying to add?

If have 300 of the same set, you can add them all at once. Go to My Store --
Add Item (on BrickLink) or File -- Add Items (in BrickStore), select "Sets",
fill in the necessary details (item no., condition, etc.) and set the quantity
to 300. If they are not all the same set, you will have to add each unique set
separately—unless of course, you have an XML file. But writing XML by hand is
tedious.

Hi,

I had the same problem when I shipped a parcel to Finland. I asked the Swiss

I sent every information needed, so the buyer could declare himself the parcel.

The buyer and myself have lost a lot of time to get the issue resolved. The Swiss

I just got this email today from ebay and I was wondering if Bricklink will be
affected by this also.
"
eBay Canada collecting Canadian Sales Tax as of July 1, 2022

Dear eBay Canada Seller,

Pursuant to the guidelines announced in Canada’s 2021 Federal Budget and recent
provincial sales tax amendments, eBay Canada Limited (“eBay”) will be required
to collect Canadian sales taxes (GST/HST/QST/PST) on applicable sales to Canada-based
buyers.

Effective July 1, 2022, for all sales of tangible goods sold within Canada, eBay
will be collecting the Canadian sales taxes (GST/HST/QST/ PST) from Canada-based
buyers on behalf of Canada-based sellers (irrespective of registration status)
and remitting the tax to the appropriate tax authorities.

For sellers not registered to collect tax with the CRA and provinces, there is
no action necessary. You will begin to see sales taxes charged and collected
by eBay on buyer purchases beginning in July. eBay collected taxes will also
be displayed in your seller reporting as of that date.

For GST/HST and/or QST registered sellers, eBay will be appointed as a billing
agent for collection and remittance of Canadian sales taxes where the sales tax
laws do not automatically require it. As such, eBay will require completion of
billing agent authorization forms. A separate communication for GST/HST and QST-registered
sellers will be forthcoming.

With this change in sales tax collection responsibilities, eBay aims to alleviate
our sellers of the administrative burden to accurately charge and collect sales
taxes on taxable sales made through the platform. eBay is taking over this responsibility
for all sellers – not just those that are not registered – in an effort to simplify
the experience for our community. Any questions or concerns about tax collection
will be handled by eBay Customer Service.

eBay will also be responsible for collection of the Canadian sales taxes on supplies
to Canada-based buyers of digitally downloaded goods, including sales from non-Canadian
sellers.

eBay’s Terms & Conditions and vendor agreements will be updated to implement
these changes and provide for compliance with applicable laws.

Additional information about the federal measures can be found at the CRA site
or by calling their hotline: Notification and information reporting: GST/HST
for digital economy businesses - Canada.ca

Please consult with your tax advisor if you have specific questions or concerns
about these changes.

If you have any questions or comments, please post them on our Community forum
here.

As always, thank you for selling on eBay.

I have a very simple question but can’t seem to find the answer. If I like a
designer program set (let’s say in the early stages) how do I make sure I am
not too late to pre-order it? Does it come with a notification (pre order alert)
or should I log on to bricklink on a daily basis 😬😬😬?
Kind regards J Prickaerts

The only way to pre-order is to be online when the time frame is live. That
being said, Round 1 & 2 are already completed. Round 3 timeline has not been
made available yet. If you keep an eye on the forum, you can be sure that they
will be chatter when it is announced and then you can set an alert for yourself
when it actually is.

Thanks for the advice!

On Mac, the command to import your BrickLink store inventory into BrickStore
is File -- Import -- BrickLink Store Inventory (not sure about Windows).
From there, you can go File -- Export to export it as an XML file.

The big stud in middle lifts up when bumper's pulled out..
Has anyone ever seen it before please ?
(No Id, no year, only Lego Group written on bottom)
Thanks, wish you a nice evening

I am trying to bulk upload to my inventory. I can only export XML, and import
XML. I have Brickstore installed, but that is just a desktop version of Bricklink.

I have not find an easy way to upload my inventory.

For me the easiest way would be to populate and upload a CSV template. I have
no idea how to quickly add my whole inventory to an XML file.

So can I get the ultimate solution for a quick and easy bulk upload?

Please do not tell me all items have to be added one by one to an XML file. Because
that defies the purpose of a bulk upload.

Thanks again

Select all the items you want exported, then from the menu select File, Export,
Bricklink mass upload or just use (ctrl-E + ctrl-U). This will copy xml to the
clipboard and then open a link on bricklink to paste and check.

Thanks for the reply, but I am not following.

Select items where?

In Brickstore.

* Change 1 Part {Copper to Reddish Gold} 48495 Minifigure, Weapon Sword, Greatsword Angular

Comments from Submitter:
This one should be fairly obvious. We have a photo of the set, sealed as the main one on the site.

This "set" was available in 2004 according to
https://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/super-2004-legoland-memory-day-set-1885293838
and
https://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/vhtf-mint-legoland-california-memory-1795015000
so yes, the sword can only be reddish gold.

Can the same be said of set 8781? First released in 2004.

Based on everything we have found so far, I'm convinced 8781 came with a
reddish gold sword. It is clearly visible in many set images (box/instructions/catalogs)
and also still listed in the official parts list.
https://brickset.com/inventories/8781-1

But maybe wait 1-2 days with a change request just in case the other admins would
like to add anything here.

  Hello all,
Just curious if anyone has run into many scammers on this site? I've placed
over 50 orders on this site and never had any issues until now. I placed an order
on 4/23, Seller didn't invoice until 4/27 which I paid within an hour. Seller
has all positive feedback most recently about the quick shipping and responsive
seller. I've since sent the seller several messages on both BL and direct
email with no response.

Luckily I paid with Paypal. Has anyone had to request a refund before, is it
easy to do?

Strange, I've had such a wonderful buying experience on this site prior this
purchase!

I have had this in one of my first orders, reputable seller, placed an order,
paid, and went into a dark hole. Kept sending messages. After a week or more
passed by, I filed a paypal dispute. No replies there either. Then filed a claim.
Eventually got a reply, someone had died in the family. I felt bad, but in the
end I didn't and couldn't know. Anyway, there could be a valid reason
why they do not reply, but in the end it is business and you have every right
to file a claim if you have exhausted your friendly options.

Downsizing my collection and decided to let go of some of my extra vintage figures.

There's a total of 80, all in gently used condition. Almost all from the
town theme. Have it listed as a custom lot in my store for $100USD.

The IOSS has to be sent electronically, by you to your shipper/postal service,
by your shipper to Customs.

Customs won’t read the papers, they only read the electronic data.

THX for all replys. 👍

I doo write the IOSS number in electronic way when I write the CN22.
That is the normal way in Switzerland & swiss post.

For each part, beneath the wanted quantity there is the "have quantity" which
can be used to keep track of how much you have in stock. Very useful for large
wanted lists.

Sure, BrickStore
Or even Avg -5%, or whatever.

Yes, I know, I already talked about BrickStore, I'm getting old.

In short:

* install BrickStore (free, open-source)
* download your shgop inventory
* CTRL+A, CTRL+G set to any avg you wish
* you can then adjust prices, like for all apply -5% or +10% whatever
* the Export, mass UPDATE (not upload!)
* paste this BrickLink in the upload/update page, at the BOTTOM there's an
update field.

Done.
You can enjoy your BBQ with friends now.

and it was missing a large portion of the parts. I ordered a used vahki set from
the seller "YoHoser" from their store "HitDaBrix" and when it arrived it was
missing the head, hip piece, upper torso, and lower legs and several parts I
also ordered were either incorrect or damaged. Shouldn't the seller list
a item as incomplete if its missing parts? what constitutes a complete set? I'm
fairly new to brick link but I would assume that complete meant the set its self
is fully intact. The worst of it is that when I tried to reach out to the seller
I find he has shut down his store conveniently the day my order arrived apparently
going on "vacation" for the month. Is he allowed to do claim a set is complete
when its missing several important parts along side sending me unspecified as
damaged parts? if it isn't how can I report this behavior I cant find any
option to do so anywhere?

the image uploaded is my supposedly complete Vahki set.

I have also (unfortunately) had terrible dealings with that same seller. They
just don't have the knowledge of set inventories or listing skills it seems,
as the same thing happened for me (on several sets). They don't even admit
when they're wrong, which makes everything much more frustrating... Initiate
a NSS if they don't make everything right for you.

This one should be fairly obvious. We have a photo of the set, sealed as the main one on the site.

This "set" was available in 2004 according to
https://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/super-2004-legoland-memory-day-set-1885293838
and
https://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/vhtf-mint-legoland-california-memory-1795015000
so yes, the sword can only be reddish gold.

Can the same be said of set 8781? First released in 2004.

I almost want to say that #7 is not a lego part. But I could be wrong. Just doesn't

Is there any number or (c) lego printed on that round cap with crossed slot?

There are no C or Lego sign, only two numbers separated 1 and 3. Maybe not Lego.

Hi all,

I have a 700+ brick list I used to order parts. How can I use the list to create
a check list so I can make sure all the parts are there as they come in from
multiple sellers?

Kindly,
Lance

But since this set is already many years old, it is not necessary anymore to
have the complete Wampa in the regular items section. I will accept your request

or should I log on to bricklink on a daily basis 😬😬😬?
Kind regards J Prickaerts

The only way to pre-order is to be online when the time frame is live. That
being said, Round 1 & 2 are already completed. Round 3 timeline has not been
made available yet. If you keep an eye on the forum, you can be sure that they
will be chatter when it is announced and then you can set an alert for yourself
when it actually is.

If you have any use for the parts you did receive, contact the buyer to negotiate
a partial refund. If you have no use at all for the parts, contact the seller
for a refund. If you don't hear back within a day or 2 or 3, open a PayPal
claim.

You can still contact a seller even if their store is closed.

The current inventory list shows QTY of 1 blue technic axle, QTY should be 2. Wampa needs both arms!

Wow! Google or Chicken???

It's actually English, I'm just really bad at spelling.

the seller "YoHoser" from their store "HitDaBrix" and when it arrived it was

also ordered were either incorrect or damaged.

Sorry this happened to you. Insist on a refund and leave appropriate feedback.
Next time, check your seller’s feedback before purchasing. This seller has a
history of sending incomplete orders and damaged parts.

Hope things work out!

Yes. I have several sealed DACTA sets listed for sale and they sell very slowly.
Dacta sets aren't really "sets" but a selection of parts for a classroom
setting.

I hesitated on parting these out because they are old and rare but it looks like
I will have to do so eventually.

In Price Guide, yorbrick writes:

decide / get for this type of Dacta set as they are much less sought after than
sealed "regular" sets of the same period and size. Having a high value in terms
of parts will only get that value if someone happens to want all the parts in
the set (as parts) or wants to have that set as a set and is willing to pay a
premium.

Thank you for your answer. That is what I was thinking, but as I mentioned I
never like to make an assumption.

You're welcome

Almost didn't pick-up on your italicized ass in assumption

For those that might've missed the English wordplay, it's drawn from
an adage that goes something like: To assume, can often make an ass (out
of)
u (and) me

Good rule to consider, nonetheless. Always advisable being careful of coming
to conclusions from assumptions.

No matter how you ship it, you are the responsible party to make sure the order
gets to the buyer. If you agree to ship without tracking, you are taking on
the risk of not knowing if it ever arrives. Some sellers won't do this,
others will. If the order is paid with Paypal, you have no shipping confirmation
and would have little to no chance of winning a claim.

On the other hand, if it is a small order of low value that you wouldn't
be hurt if it gets lost, have at it.

Depends on what you agree beforehand. We usually send out every order in a tracked
parcel with some form of insurance against loss or damage. If your customer
does insist on cheaper shipping and he is okay with a potential loss we had sent
out parcels like that. With a form of written agreement from the customer.

To be on the safe site I would say you send it with tracking.

To return the entire order, or to get a replacement/refund for the visor?

Fake parts creep into the inventories of even the best sellers. Sometimes they
don't notice when they're packing orders.

A lot of the value depends on which colours of specific parts you have in your
version. If you get red ones of these:

Part No: 3456 Name: Plate 6 x 14
*
3456 Plate 6 x 14
Parts: Plate
you are in luck when it comes to the parts value. But you are out of luck if
you get the DBG ones. You can repeat that with quite a few parts in this set.

Although the part out value is high, the collectable value is much harder to
decide / get for this type of Dacta set as they are much less sought after than
sealed "regular" sets of the same period and size. Having a high value in terms
of parts will only get that value if someone happens to want all the parts in
the set (as parts) or wants to have that set as a set and is willing to pay a
premium.

Thank you for all the very useful information . Since the set is sealed I don't
know if I should open it to check the parts. It is though just a cardboard box
so do you think it will devalue it if I open it?

Yes, it will devalue it if opened (as it will limit the audience even further,
as sealed box collectors won't want it, even if the box is a bit boring).
This is the real issue with this type of set where there are many variants inside
that vary massively in price. They are "Schrodinger sets", where you don't
know what you've got until you open them and by opening them you no longer
have a sealed example.

It might be best to aim high for the sealed set, then if it doesn't sell
after six months or a year, you can always open it and sell the parts as new,
hoping you get the rarer parts.

I wouldn't surprise me if you do end up selling it as parts. It is always
a shame to do that with an old sealed set but sometimes the only viable route
if the set does not sell. I cannot say I have ever met a sealed box Dacta collector.
But know plenty of people (myself included) that have sealed boxes of more normal
themes from early 2000s or before. I guess there must be collectors out there,
it is just a case of finding them.

At least you know the value of the parts you might get if you want to gamble
with the contents.

also ordered were either incorrect or damaged.

The definitions are here: https://www.bricklink.com/help.asp?helpID=102

For used sets: Complete - Set contains all parts necessary to build all of the
models (including alternate models) in the instructions but does not have to
contain the original box/packaging and/or extra parts. If the set is missing
instructions, the description must state so. If the set did not come with instructions
then the set should include all parts listed in the picture inventory which is
located on the box or bucket. The set must include all original stickers used
on the model either still on the sticker sheet or applied.

Note in some cases that means that you do not necessarily get everything in the
inventory listed at Bricklink (especially for sets where extra unnecessary parts
were on sprues or in bags), but you should get everything you need to build all
the models in the instructions.

In your case, it looks like the seller screwed up. Let them know.

Having a high value in terms
of parts will only get that value if someone happens to want all the parts in
the set (as parts) or wants to have that set as a set and is willing to pay a
premium.

Yes, contact the seller, maybe it was an honest mistake and then if you do not
receive a reasonable resolution - (ie they send you the missing parts or offer
you a refund) , then start the NSS as the other poster mentioned. Also if you
paid by Paypal, you can open a case for the incomplete set - go to the Help section
, then click on Disputes. You didn't get what you expected and Paypal can
help you get your money back. You have to open a PP case within 180 days of purchase.

Dunno if this is an appealing set for collectors

Hi,
sorry to read your bad experience so soon after you entered the BrickLink community.
This is nog the regular way an order is handled.

If contacting the seller fails, start an NSS: Non-Shipping-Seller through this
page for the order:

https://www.bricklink.com/retractOrder.asp?utm_content=subnav

Enter the order number and follow the instructions.

keep communications open (if possible!) at all times. People do make mistakes
and are mostly eager to correct them when given the opportunity .

They are not.

Exactly. The word prototype is being used to make out these are parts made by
LEGO for testing and on some rare occasions manage to escape from factories,
whereas in reality they are parts illegitimately made (in some cases made to
order) for the collectors' market.

You weren't kidding about being blocked =) seems un-profesional if you are
trying to sell items to block potential buyers.

That depends on your point of view. If a seller has an issue with the way a buyer
has behaved or thinks that a particular buyer is likely to cause trouble,
then it makes sense to block them. In some cases, potential buyers are potential
problems. Missing out on a sale to such a buyer is not a big deal, especially
if someone else will buy an item anyway.

I imagine this happens a fair bit when buyers claim sellers are selling fakes,
when in reality it is buyer ignorance about logos on parts. Same with buyers
that send multiple complaining emails over a weekend or holiday day.

When you get a second, fix the items that you forgot to choose a color for. You

You can also "sort by color" in your inventory page and view them all at once.

Good Luck.

Hi Seems I received a fake Iron Patriot Minifigure Visor Mask.

See the attacked photos.

In photo 1, left is what I got, right is the photo of the real one. You can see
the eyebrows curvature is different. The jaw is too flat missing some gear shape
lines.

In photo 2, the red line around the visor seems not printed but painted by a
marker pen.

In photo 3, the visor can not be fully opened in the headgear.

Thanks.
