change gives a more stable axle arrangement for rear wheels, Not clear on instructions as to what item to use for an axle.

Both flat silver spears are alternates. There is only one extra (and it's PLG). Change match ID for inv ID 418480 to 2 afterwards. The form will only let me clear the match ID, not change it.
