this is the same problem when you try to access the MOC popup store and has been
since the beginning. So something is not quite right.

  Dear BrickLink Members,

Thank you for your patience as we recover from the recent incident.

We’re introducing One-Time PIN (OTP) functionality to certain seller features.
This feature is only accessible to sellers and is an opt-in feature, however,
it is highly recommended.

To activate OTP, you must go to your store management settings: https://www.bricklink.com/v2/mystore/management.page

OTPs will be sent to the email address associated with your BrickLink account.
One verification code lasts for 60 days on a single machine ID (one browser on
a specific device). This verification process should not impact integrations
with third-party inventory managers.

Please read our FAQs for more information about how OTP works and which features
it protects: https://www.bricklink.com/help.asp?helpID=2615

When on the mobile you cannot enter in the OTP. Website is blocking the ability
enter the code.

  Many thanks,
The BrickLink Team

I have the same issue. If you use a scale print of 117% the border lines up under
"Orders Received" and there is no gap on the right side.

There was a different printing issue about a month ago:

https://www.bricklink.com/message.asp?ID=1431573

It was eventually fixed but it looks like last week's sitewide update messed
it up in a new way.

This extension still works:

After the return to bricklink. Issue still remains.

I gave the buyer a refund even though I know I did not make a mistake to avoid

How do you guys deal with this? It’s starting to be a common thing when it comes

I take a photo of every order so if the question comes up i have my proof.

This is annoying. I sold to two people a bunch of expensive figures in excellent

probably resell them for a profit. Yet they didn't leave me feedback. As
a new store, this is important to me to have positive feedback. I mailed the
orders same or next day, and even saved one of the buyers $15 on shipping. I
sent them "friendly reminders" to post feedback, but still nothing. What
do I do, what can I do?

Welcome to bricklink. Not everyone will leave feedback just how it goes. Unless
you offer a money incentive or other incentives. Best advise is to leave your
feedback and file the order away and move on.

100% i thought it was my printer. Glad not just me. Im assuming this was an unintended
change since maintenance. So i hope it is reverted back to normal. The scaling/margins
are way off!!

In Technical Issues, fantechnic writes:
For years we have been printing invoices for clients and we 'Double Check'
/ tick them to ensure we have the parts correct. We view the invoice, and from
the print screen 'Scale' set to 60% - this seems to give us the best
size text for printing with the least paper being used. Sorry for the long description
below....

Before around lunch time today (Australian Time), This would work perfectly (both
print preview and on paper), with the words 'Orders Received / Order Number
XXXXXXX' in the top
left corner, then under that the BL Invoice Border Line and on the side the BL
invoice order line is approx 1cm from the sides of the paper; then the order
header then the parts list with the Parts Picture showing on the far left of
the page next to the left invoice border line; the dimensions / weight on the
far Right side of the page next to the invoice boarder line and the rest spaced
nicely in between. Perfect and good spacing for us to tick in and all easy to
read.

Now (again using the Scale 60%) the 'Orders Received / Order Number XXXXXXX'
is still in exactly the same place, and the top BL border is in the same place,
however the left and right hand BL invoice order lines have a 5cm gap / margin
and Items in order / text although the same size as previous is all squished

To see the difference (and this is really weird) on Firefox (the normal browser
we use) if you toggle the dot between the Print Scale 'Fit To Page Width'
and Scale: 60% for a split second it shows the original version I was taking
about on the screen with the borders on the edges but then quickly reverts back
the new version / way it looks. Kinda hard to describe, but just try it in Firefox
if you use that.

We have tried 3 browsers on two computers going to two different network printers
and can confirm there have been no windows updates or print driver updates since
the change, so I believe something has changed in the code.

I know not a lot of stores print invoices and I think a lot that do just print
at 100% but it will be a real bummer if this stays the way it is now as the original
way was perfect. I don't know if anyone else is having this same problem.

Sorry for the lengthy email, I will blank out details and upload pictures to
show the difference if need be.

When placing an order via Easy Buy, buyers do not get to view the Comments if
they don't go looking for them to check out. It's a problem.

If you have items listed where the Comments are a deal-breaker, I would suggest
sending buyers a quick message before preparing their order.

It would be nice if we could ask for a check for specific items, but asking for
all Comments to be okay-ed would be too much I think.

~Jen

Hi Jen,

That has been the approach i've been doing. Seems to work out but just something
extra to do. Granted an accept all comments might be too much as some comments
aren't as important as others.

But if there was a check box as part of the part add screen or manage from
inventory along the lines of. "Buyer to acknowledge comment" you can
set certain parts to trigger and display this info as part of the order process
like accepting the stores terms and conditions.

But i accept this probably isn't a massive issue.

We get little yellow icon notifications for new messages, why was this not enabled

The notifications can be removed once the order is opened.

The little green dot can mean any number of things.

Althought the agent took some time to investigate and come back with an answer.
It does comes across as an easy generic answer to give. Will ask again next engagement

As far as I heard...
Yellow is the minifigure skin colour. Yellow 970c00 would be nudity.

Part No: 970c00 Name: Hips and Legs Plain
*
970c00 (Inv) Hips and Legs Plain
Parts: Minifigure, Legs

Same could be said about other Legs colours in skin tones such as Nougat, Medium
Nougat, Reddish brown etc...

Besides yellow legs are already used for good purpose on yellow spaceman and
yellow "everything is awesome" guy so it is strange that it's not readily
available?

yeah exactly! that's why it's so strange if nudity was the actual reason.

You have to change the payment status to Not Yet Paid (this isn't done automatically
even on a full refund) or the order status to Ready - then you should be able
to go through the cancellation process.

Hope this helps!

I've seen this happen randomly during periods. But this time round it's

You're not alone; I have the same reoccurring issues with O365 and BrickLink.
BrickLink is the only incoming site affected, and nothing is blocked. And it's
specifically the invoices only; I get other notifications like received BrickLink

bad the last week of it stopping and starting for several days at a time.

a uniform database between the two sites is worth it.

In Catalog, randyf writes:
  Dear BrickLink members,

In May of this year, the LEGO Group plans to release a new color, and this has
implications for the BrickLink catalog and marketplace. The new color being introduced
is 375 Transparent Black, and we believe it will eventually replace LEGO color
111 Transparent Brown.

As most of you know, the greater fan community has for many years referred to
LEGO color 111 Transparent Brown as "Trans-Black". Up until now, this
name has served us well because there was no official LEGO color known as Transparent
Black. Now that the LEGO Group is introducing a color officially known as Transparent
Black, it will cause alignment problems to have the same name being used for
two different colors.

We anticipate that the introduction of this color will cause some disruptions
over the short term, but we have created a plan of action to minimize those disruptions.

The first thing we will do is change the name of the current Trans-Black color
to "Trans-Brown (Old Trans-Black)". This change is scheduled to
take place at the beginning of April. This will ensure that the name change will
be very noticeable within the catalog, set inventories, BrickLink stores, order
summaries, etc., so that the majority of BrickLink users can adjust to the change.

Next, the new color will be added to the catalog as "Trans-Black (2023)"
to make it very obvious that this is a new color and should not be used for older
set inventories and older parts being listed for sale. This addition is expected
to happen at the beginning of May when set 75346 is released and inventoried:

https://www.bricklink.com/message.asp?ID=1398124

After a 6-month transition, we will remove the text in parentheses from both
color names. The older color will then be "Trans-Brown", and the
newer color will be "Trans-Black". This will complete the transition.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The question arises, why have we decided to go the route outlined above rather
than leaving "Trans-Black" aligned to LEGO color 111 Transparent Brown
and creating a new color name for the new LEGO color 375 Transparent Black? There
are several reasons.

First, we want to make sure that we do not create long-term confusion between
these colors, since we believe the new LEGO color 375 Transparent Black will
become the standard color and LEGO color 111 Transparent Brown will become just
another part of the history of the brick system we all know and love. As time
goes by, the older color will not be seen as often and the newer color will be
everywhere. And after what we hope is a relatively short period of time, BrickLink
users will adjust naturally to the change.

Second, coming up with a name for a new color is not an easy task. Although it
looks darker than the current LEGO color 111 Transparent Brown, it doesn't
look much different from what most people would say is some type of "transparent
blackish gray" color. Typically, new color names grow longer over time to
help distinguish from existing colors, so we could end up with something like
"Trans-Very Dark Bluish Gray".

Longer names are something we have come to accept in a catalog that covers the
entire history of LEGO colors, but it helps lower the entry barrier to BrickLink
when we can use simpler names at least for the most common colors. Using the
relatively short names "Trans-Brown" and "Trans-Black" are ideal
instead of retaining "Trans-Black" for the earlier color and creating
a longer name for the new color.

Finally, aligning the names of the two colors with the official LEGO color names
helps us future-proof the BrickLink catalog. By aligning these color names now,
we make sure that any other colors the LEGO Group may introduce within this range
in the future would not cause any further issues.

Thank you for your patience as we make this transition.
