Order Cancel Request (OCR)

If an order is placed and it is not valid, the buyer or seller may file an Order Cancel Request. To file an Order Cancel Request, go to the Problem Order page, enter the order ID and the option to file an Order Cancel Request will appear if the order has status of one of the following:
  1. Pending
  2. Processing
  3. Ready
  4. Updated
  5. Packed

The order status will change to OCR and the seller will have the option to Cancel the order with no penalty to the buyer. It is strictly up to the seller to decide whether or not they wish to cancel the order.
