***UPDATE*** I was able to load and use BRICKSTORE just fine on my laptops, so it is definitely an issue with my PC. Thanks for looking.

The shield looking pieces are labelled LEGO. The head is the exact same as 3626cpb0636, it is just blocked instead of hollow. (Part 3626cpb0636) The other two I have no idea.
