Just parted out 4 sealed sets of the 75940, and 2 had the above tile.
Hence this inventory addition request.

I don't see any reason why not; plenty of promotional sets are sold here
on BrickLink. You'll need to create a catalog entry for it first, though.

Hi, I also just met this annyoing issue and solution is to allow more cookies.
You can adjust cookies for BL at the very bottom of the page in "Cookie Settings
and Privacy". I allowed the first three cookies and now it is working again
