This is shown on the rear view picture of set 2641-2 on your website. Presumably all sets with this yellow airplane fuselage will have to have a red small cargo door and all sets with the same airplane fuselage but in white will have to have a blue small cargo door.

85975 does not appear in the inventory at all despite serving as the base for the Lumiere figure - see page 7 step 1 of the V39 instruction manual scan at Brickset.com. 23988 appears only in the Extra parts portion of the Bricklink inventory despite being a required piece that should be in the main inventory - see page 12 step 7 of the V39 instruction manual at Brickset.com.

I found a part list here: https://support.dce.felk.cvut.cz/roboti/img/lego_set/9648_parts.jpg to help me sort out what was an extra and what wasn't. This is not a complete repair of the inventory because my set came with some torn bags and quite a few missing pieces. I'm only working with what was sealed. Luckily in one case a torn bag was obviously identical to a sealed one. There are 2 of several bags in the set, making it possible to extrapolate a bit. Where I found parts different from the inventory in torn bags, I am only including those that are corroborated by the parts list. I already have another coming and I won't to the partout until these changes are made so I can work from there to actually confirm the inventory.
