I have inserted 40534 last year but the link with instruction is not working

You can add the item using this form:

https://www.bricklink.com/wantedCatalog.asp?catType=S

After that is complete, you can upload an image for it here:

https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogImageAdd.page?itemType=S

You can use the following set as a guide for what information should be added:
