I received an order from a store that has generally high marks, but some negatives.

The order was missing 5 pieces and also had 14 incorrect pieces. I've contacted
the seller about the issues, but my message has gone unread for 4 days. How long
should I wait before filing a NRS alert?

Also, according to the help section NRS is for orders where payment has not been
sent, but I have paid for my order obviously. Is this an issue?

Should I just drop it and re-order from somebody else? Time is somewhat of the
essence here, and the other unfortunate part is the incorrect pieces accounted
for 60% of the order cost. I hate to eat that. Ugh.

Thanks for any help or suggestions!

It’s an NSS (Non-Shipping Seller) you want to file, it also works for when the
seller shipped the wrong items: https://www.bricklink.com/help.asp?helpID=110

You can do both and ‘risk’ having twice the parts, or only once and a refund.
We can’t decide for you

I would not wait any longer especially if it looks like the seller is operating
and processing orders. It sounds like it may be best to look elsewhere for the
pieces. Filing a nss will put a time frame on resolution options with the seller,
but his choice might be to just refund you and then you still won't have
your pieces.

Thank you both for your feedback and suggestions. I've filed an NSS report
and will probably just order the pieces from somebody else. I don't want
to potentially wait two weeks at this stage for a resolution, so will just take
my chances.

Much appreciated!
