You should not post links to ebay.
Also, the image there does not support your requested changes for the wheels
and tires. The wheels and tires are all separated in those bags. 
Even the

When i saw the link, i reqlized they were separated and found it interesting.
But they are not.
Today i checked the photos few times and found the wheels assembled and could
not find the wheells 4624
Bad eyes?
i will check them again later with my laptop. Sorry for that.
As for the ebay link, in the past it was ok to do so for inv. Changes . Anything
changed?

Very interesting Randy,
I was gonna write
"Good eyes! My change requests are correct as they are. The wheels
are assembled as it can be seen in the photos, and we don't know the wheels
but similar to other sets, they should be assembled".
But I thought.... How could Randy failed to see this. It is obvious, isn't
it?!
It turns out the photos of Ebay listings I saved in my laptop yesterday are from
a different Ebay listings than the one I found to support my request 
This set is from 1990 so it is exactly produced during the transition time. I
will submit a different inventory change request.
