Those legs may be from a key chain or some type of minifig that started as "gear"
instead in a set.

They could be from a Chinese made set - those parts are sometimes a bit "different"
in feel and appearance yet genuine. As noted above - what set / minifigure are
they from? May help us in identifying them.

They are from the Chinese LEGO factory, and they are completely legit. They look
like legs from early CMFs, and those were known to have poor plastic quality
and finish.
