I've always loved legos but I'm brand new to brick link. It looks like
I need to participate a bit before I can register as a seller. Does anyone know
if I need to actually purchase something first?

The box and manual are long gone but I have an otherwise complete set in great
shape. It includes the valuable sw0053 Jango mini.

I built the set in the summer of 2002 before leaving for college, and it's
basically been on a shelf (out of the sunlight) in my childhood bedroom ever
since. I'll dust it off a bit more before selling.

Let me know if you've got any questions or want to see any other elements
in detail.

yes, you need to buy something and get one positive feedback.

Thanks for your response biglarge. Can I ask you one more question. I've
tried to sell this on ebay without any bites for about a month. Do you know have
any idea whether a sale would be likely on bricklink for someone like me, with
just one thing to sell?

If it’s a desirable item at a good price and in a good condition (make sure the
extremely carefully check the figure for any damage and describe it all) it should
sell within a reasonable amount of time but as you would have low feedback and
nothing else for sale it would likely somewhat slow down how fast it sells

Looks like you're asking $500 on eBay and it did sell once in USED this month
for $525 of BL so you're pricing could be feasible, but it's mostly going
to hinge on how minty jango is.

No arm cracks, torso cracks, or heel tracks.
No worn printing, nicks, dents etc.

Also, minifigs should have correct parts.
some of Jango's value derives from the legs so make sure it's the brown
hips and violet legs.

I can see that your boba has the wrong hair from the eBay listing, which might
not be a deal breaker to some, but it doesn't put forth any extra confidence
to a potential buyer.

Before jumping through all the BL hoops to sell one thing...

I would suggest, carefully removing Jango from the cockpit, and updating your
eBay listing with high quality photos of that figure from the front and back,
with and without helmet, zoomed in on back of arms and back of heels, and maybe
one from each side of the torso with the arms swung out of the way showing assumedly
no cracks on the figure.

If you do decide to forge ahead and sell here, welcome! and you will enjoy a
approx 8% less total fees selling on BL vs ebay.
