Currently the color is NOT APPLICABLE but should be LIGHT BLUISH GRAY.

The inventory is correct as is because the shark is all one color. Thus, this
entry can be reused if they make a complete dark bluish gray shark or complete
white shark, etc.

That one could go either way, but it is better for it to be the way it is because
it does have the more complex pattern as you stated. The LEGO Group are unlikely
to make another color of it as a whole unit compared to the standard base shark.
