Been doing vintage Lego for quite awhile but found these pieces (see photo) that
I have never seen the front piece....any ideas what set it comes off...???

Parts: Boat {Yellow}
and something similar to
 
Part No: 6067 Name: Boat, Mast Section Base 4 x 4 x 1 2/3
* 		6067 Boat, Mast Section Base 4 x 4 x 1 2/3
Parts: Boat
of different height.
That lead me to assume set
 
Set No: 3683 Name: Amusement Park
* 		3683-1 (Inv) Amusement Park
93 Parts, 4 Minifigures, 1988
Sets: Fabuland
and thus it will be
 
Part No: 4779 Name: Fabuland Ferris Wheel Axle Half
* 		4779 Fabuland Ferris Wheel Axle Half
Parts: Fabuland {Yellow}
and
 
Part No: 4842c01 Name: Fabuland Merry-Go-Round Turntable with Yellow Column
