| Hello,
I just started selling the beginning of the year.
Everything is working fine but now I have a buyer asking if it's possible
to order in multiple batches. Now I have read that this is possible. However
I cant seem to figure out how to activate this option?
Can someone help me please?!

| As long as you don't set the order to "Packed", the buyer can add
more parts/set.

Do not change the payment status to 'paid' or 'completed' and
the order status lower than 'packed' for example 'ready'
Buyer need to make and place a new order. The system will automagical combine
both orders into batches.

Make sure you don't have instant checkout / online payment available, or
if you do then make sure you have an option to keep the order open and tell the
buyer they must select that and not pay for each batch as they place it.
I imagine the buyer wants to order in batches so that they are already sorted
for them for different sets / MOCs that they are building. Be aware the buyer
will probably want you to keep these completely separate when you are packing
them. It might also take you longer to pick such an order if they order from
the same lot in multiple batches.
