I had an order today which the buyer requested to cancel. It was no issue to
me so I issued a refund through the order details page. I do see at the top near
"Manage Refund" an option for "Request to Cancel" which brings me to the Problem
Order page. On that page I only see the option to "Send Message" and nothing
for OCR. I have also tried to enter the order number manually on the Problem
Order page with similar results. The order status is currently "Packed" which
seems should be eligible for OCR.
I am sure I am missing something simple and am greatly appreciative of any and
all help.
