| What does the zero in my store header mean? I don't remember seeing it before.

| on mine it's for my province. I don't know what the similar thing is
by you but maybe it's the first digit of your postal code or first letter
of your area or something like that

So it's probably a BrickLink bug because not all countries support provinces.
Mine doesn't, I can't enter it.
