| 44207c01pb01 I have had a order for this part which as gone through as a UK large
letter at the cheapest postage. The part has no dimensions in the cataloge so
should have defaulted to manual invoice as it is a small parcel. Have I got something
not set up correctly in my store. I have only just gone over to Instant checkout
so its all new to me. Sharon.

| That item does not have any packing dimensions. Is it possible when you set up
your methods your sorted them by weight instead of by size?

My options are set by weight and size so as it does not have dimensions I would
have thought it should have gone to a manual invoice.

We have similar issues in Canada for Lettermail. I don't ever trust the catalogue
to properly function for IC, as there are many parts like this one that can cause
issues. I do a manual override of all parts in my inventory as I upload that
I know are too large, and I set them to volume and put in dimensions that I know
will not allow it to go through Lettermail.

You still need to set up a shipping method for Manual Invoice. (Preferably with
no restrictions.)

You still need to set up a shipping method for Manual Invoice. (Preferably with

Thanks I think that is the problem. I do not have a manual shipping option.
