I was posting some pictures of some minifigs elsewhere and someone had said they
didn't think my green goblin was Lego, if anybody can help me out with this
I'd appreciate it very much! I looked everywhere and couldn't find any
other brand of building blocks that made one similar.

looks like someone painted over his eyes with yellow paint. one way to check
if it is real or not is the look for the lego logo on the torso, legs, and
head. Also just a heads up no other company is likely to produce this minifigure
in an official capacity but there will always be knockoffs of valuable (and less
valuable) minifigures made

Thanks so much! 🙂
I couldn't find it anywhere else at all so that must be it!

Someone painted the eyes with yellow paint. The mask may be official, but the
paint job isn't. It is a custom part at this point in time.

Agree with the other posters. The official Lego part is solid Bright Green.

Judging by his neck brecket I would assume this is Green Goblin from set 1374
and someone painted eyes with yellow paint because he wanted to have Green Goblin
with Golden Eyes (spd006) from set 4851/4852 . Other than that it looks legit
tho.

Yay like everyone mention it is just painted. I would try to remove it with warm
water and a bit of rubbing alcohol, make sure to take it off the figure first.
