| I have just checked all my parts, figures and sets containing
and to ensure that all heads are the correct variant.
In my stash, I found a brand new figure that comes from a part-out
of set . But my figure has the old variant with pointed eyebrows.
How to proceed? Change the minifig inventory? Add the alternate head to the set?
Create a new minifig?

My opinion is that you should just change the inventory. I don't believe
there is any reason to believe these were variants. I am not sure why, but it
looks like a head just got an incorrect picture and then got transformed into
another head. I have requested 4 of these. So far none have gone through, but
I am ready to make new minifig pics for just about any that gets fixed.

The current photo of the minifig shows the wavy eyebrows (judged by the smaller
glasses and mouth position). Did you upload the original image based on a sealed
set? If yes, both heads exist for this set.

| I did not. I built the figure based on the inventory from loose parts. I did
a reshoot for several of these this morning, but don't have the pictures
processed.
