A few months ago I sent a request to add item 98604 with a sticker from the 71316
set, why has it not been considered so far?

Stickered counter parts are the lowest items on the priority list for the admins
since they provide the least commercial value to bricklink, I recently had some
approved that I waited over half a year for. The admins main focus is on new
sets and parts needed for new sets so they often can’t focus on stickered parts
since they require extensive work
