I want to suggest a move of a part (https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=33216)
from the Belville parts category to Door category.

Is there a reason it shouldn't be moved?

thanks.

Good luck with that

I filed a Category Change Request two times already but they were rejected.

This door also appears in a Harry Potter set.

I don't know why it is in Belville still. Maybe a Catalog Admin could shed
a light on the rationale?

It is still there because it is.

Seriously, though, we discuss all moves of items amongst the admin team, but
the site gets the final say. I moved this thread to a catalog request so that
we may discuss it and reach a consensus. If the site agrees, it will get added
to the next list of items to be moved on October 1:

Thanks all. Glad to at least make the request regardless of what the final outcome
is.

I can't promise anything right now, but you can submit a formal forum Catalog
Change Request for us to consider it. That will make sure that we don't forget
to discuss it. If we make a decision that it should be moved, it will make it
on the list for the next set of catalog moves (around November 1).

Cheers,
Randy
