| Hello so who can I speak with about sketchy seller issues I’ve placed my order
7 days ago the seller has since then placed plenty of orders I presume using
the money I spent and has yet to ship out my item and also the items I bought
he listed more at 2 dollars more per so…. I’m kinda getting a really sketchy
vibe he’s said he’s been “out of the office” yet in his own terms says one to
two days and other people have been receiving their items….

I’ve been very kind and courteous just have been checking in on it and asking
for any update how do I got about starting an nss but that doesn’t really explain
as to why the seller listed more of the exact same item for a larger quantity
and two dollars per more I sold trading card games for years and this was common
practice in that circle as well something goes up they don’t ship re post for
more then just refund you…..

Sometimes sellers don't put all their stock on line, and wait for a sale
to see if they can sell the next batch at a higher price.
It's not an unusual practice; not the best IMO (I prefer to seel everything,
eventually), but some do it.
Anyway, start an Non Shipping Seller Alert, and eventually a PayPal dispute -
but again, leave some time, depending the seller and in July, it *may* be just
normal (or lazy but normal).

| I understand it’s just upsetting as the seller has had a whole week I don’t want
my money back I want the actual items. I understand busy schedules and stuff
but I also sold tcg’s as I said in the previous reply sometimes dealing with
over a 100 orders a day by myself and getting them shipped out before the post
office closed. So I think for an order with only 30 items there shouldn’t really
be an excuse for that….

No excuse but explanation... Maybe he's a 1 order per week seller, amateur
with a job, kids?
Did you check Terms, read his feedbacks profile, was the price "normal" or unbelievably
interesting?
Did you send e-mails or BrickLink messages? Some don't read e-mails, some
don't read messages 
So many possibilities...

The guy wrote in his recent Terms (June 26th):
- ORDERS WILL TAKE LONGER TO SHIP AS I AM VERY BUSY SO PLEASE BE PATIENT
He received feedbacks from placed orders as of beginning of July.
He shipped a received order quickly end of June, since no feedback.
But he's no Neutral or Negative on 46 FB, that's fine.
I didn't check every price, but apart seeming to be VERY busy (or lazy, or
amateur), I don't see red flags here.

I really don't think it was meant as a derogatory, more tongue-in-cheek.
Though $200 is a considerable amount to many, far too many. So, I understand
the OP's concern enough to post. But yeah, you're right, $200 doesn't
go far nowadays, with things like LEGO especially.

| I do agree I could have defiantly worded it better than how I did. My excuse
is I wasn’t focused cause I was working on a new (mister competing website name

You have to understand that nubs jokes allot on the forums and sometimes his
humor is a bit, well, um, shall we say, sketchy? Well maybe not
sketchy but definitely a bit cheesy. Okay, not so much cheesy as it is cruddy.
Alright, cruddy is not quite right so how about just down right crappy. If that
dose not sound accurate then how about godawful?? Yeah, now that's the the
right word because god would never laugh at his jokes and I am sure he finds
them awful, so godawful it is. I mean no offence, he has a great sense of
humor!!

There is a really simple explanation. They have more stock than they list at
one time. If it sold fast last time, they increase the price.

Some sellers are slow to ship. A few days here, a week or more for others. It’s
here, eBay, etc. other sellers don’t say when they ship it and it’s a mystery.
And a large $200 order may require a special trip to the post office which takes
more time. How is their feedback?
