| How can this order in my store be completed? I didn't set that status and
I can't change it either. Can the customer have done this? I didn't even
ship this order yet, so I can't even send a Drive Thru message.

In my experience (happened once or twice, so real thing, not rules / theory in
help pages ), the buyer can’t set to completed if the order was not set to
shipped by seller.

In my experience (happened once or twice, so real thing, not rules / theory in
help pages ), the buyer can’t set to completed if the order was not set to
shipped by seller.

Hmm, I just thougth: it could be different with Onsite payment

It's not
However, there have been 1-2 times I've accidentally set an order to "Completed"
when I meant to set it to "Packed"

Same here, but I have always been able to set it back immediately afterwards.
This order status is now locked.

When they updated XP in 2020, they changed how sellers could adjust the order
status.
I once did this by mistake.
I sent a message to the buyer asking them to set it back to shipped. They were
understanding that mistakes happen.
That is the only way it will work.

2. Order completion
a. When a seller sets an order as completed, it becomes "Awaiting completion"
status and it won't be finalized until it gets purged or confirmed by the
buyer on XP. It shows as Completed on BrickLink Classic.
