I think the Rock Raiders rock monster needs to follow the precedent sent by the
Power Miner's rock monsters and become a minifigure in the Rock Raiders theme.

He was even affectionately referred to as "Rocky" in the old Lego Club
magazine comics so he's basically a named character.
