Bricklink inventory shows one (1) white "Plate 1x4" but there should be two (2). My source is the instruction manual for kit #6212.

Nice catch, but that is a mistake in the parts list at the back of the instructions.
The set actually contains one white 1x4 plate (used on page 40) as shown in the
online parts list:

Therefore this request cannot be approved, but I have added an inventory note
to document the mistake.
