| The order is already sent, buyer have a tracking number but filed NSS on the
20th day of posting date. I already messaged Bricklink 3 times, I received nothing.
NSS will be complete after 5 days. What could do?

What did the NSS shows/says, simply "not received" or something else?
Did you reply with the tracking and maybe some informations (ex.: weight, size,
dates...)?
Did you check the tracking, it shows what?

Yes, simply "not received"
I already sent a screenshot of post receipt to Bricklink. There are information
about sending date, weight, tracking number and recipient
The package left Bulgaria after 2 days of posting date and nothing happened after
this referring to the tracking number. It's probably stuck somewhere. I can
open a case for investigation at least 30 days of posting to speed the delivery
but NSS was filed on 20th day, so i cant

Well, for your information, BL only provides a buying/selling/meeting platform
and has no business regarding transactions between buyers and sellers.
Any issue between a seller and a buyer can only be resolved between them; BL
does NOTHING regarding the transaction. NSS's or NPB's only affect a
members' status and privileges regardles a specific transaction.
It is one of the most mistaken expectations from buyers for what to expect from
BL.

Well, for your information, BL only provides a buying/selling/meeting platform

Indeed i expect nothing from Bricklink except NSS to be removed after i sent
4 times a screenshot to prove that the order was sent on 2nd day after payment.
Otherwise, why my request was rejected. Its simple, nothing more

If you replied to the NSS in the comment field with proof of shipping the NSS
can't be completed.

Ofcourse i sent proof of shipping, showing everything, every time. Today I issued
a full refund. The order still has NSS status.
