Hi I have two parts in orange 3023 1 x 2 plate
in my picture from left to right my thoughts are trans neon orange,
and trans orange please let me know if that's correct

They are two different shades of Trans-Orange. This could be due to two reasons:
(1) if all of them have item number 6225 molded in them, then the color difference
is due to a big change that happened to this color in 2010 (the lighter ones
are pre-2010 and the darker ones are post-2010), or (2) if some have 6225 molded
in them and others have 28653 molded in them, then the color difference is due
to a material change in the last few years used for transpareent parts (6225
are made in polycarbonate and 28653 are made in "transparent ABS", known as MABS).
