| Hi
Have always seen Friends (Mini Doll) heads with hollow stud and inside is a hollow
tube (to allow for Torso neck)
I now have a Friends head with a hollow stud, but with two holes inside stud
- it also has a round bar inside the head tube (still allows torso to be affixed)
Does this need a new variant, or is this variant already on the system
Thanks

Unless you have found two heads with the same pattern that also have the different
variants, there is no need to distinguish each entry in my opinion.
Unlike minifig heads, each mini doll head has its own 5 digit number so there
is no 'a' or 'b' or 'c' to deal with. It's one of
the rare times we use the LEGO Design ID for patterned parts.
Plus, I was never a big fan of splitting the minifig head syles.

There are at least three known head-type variants for the Friends heads. However,
all of them are variations of a hollow stud head, so the catalog does not distinguish
them.
Cheers,
