This part: 4215a

appears to have shutter holes but it is not mentioned in the description on bricklink
(it is visible in the pictures) and it also then consequently doesnt mention
with what parts it fits. And I think that this info should be added like it is
with other parts that have shutter holes.

I have added an additional note to the catalog entry explaining the shutter holes
and glass indentations.

Unfortunately, we cannot add a relationship between this part and the shutters
and glass it works with because this part is located in the "Panel" category
and is technically not a "Window".

Meaning it is not in the "Window" category. The "Glass on Window" relationship
