Hello,

The package has been delivered to a bookstore but the buyer has not yet picked
it up. I have notived numerous times that the package is at the bookstore. Now
the buyer has filed an NSS. What do I do??

Supply bricklink with the tracking showing it has been delivered to the address
the buyer supplied.

Hopefully you put your return address on it, so the store can return it to you
if the buyer does not collect it.
