I am selling from Australia and have sold to a US buyer in Virginia.
Virginia sales tax has been added to the order and the money has been paid into
my Paypal account.
How am I meant to pay for this tax?
The taxes assessed the buyer in the transaction were pulled out of your PayPal
account as "Partner Fee". You never had access to the funds and don't need
to worry about paying.
