Buying Privileges - OK
Need some help here. I placed an order on Dec 24th and paid. The order was never
shipped and I attempted to contact the seller but they never got back to me.
I issued a NSS on Jan 13th and yet still nothing has happened. How long do these
things take? Need some advice!

Have you also filed a case with Paypal to get your money back ? This is separate
from any NSS in BL.
