| I have a quick question regarding payment through PayPal.
Most sellers on BrickLink have a payment by PayPal option. For reasons of my
own I do not have a PayPal account. However I am still able to make purchases
through PayPal on BrickOwl and eBay for example. I have also noticed that in
some BrickLink stores there are 2 options for PayPal payment (for example normal
or on site). Is there a possibility to pay through PayPal without having an
active PayPal account and if so what option should I look for? (On site, normal
etc)

You can pay without an account (as a “guest”) with PayPal, but, apparently, not
with PayPal OnSite (or at least not with the PP Onsite of BrickLink).
Note that:
1. Without an account, you don’t have the same protection from PayPal.
2. With or without an account, PayPal can collect the same info.
So not having a PayPal account doen’t gain you anything.
Also, with OnSite, BrickLink knows about the payments (and refunds) and can add
and collect VAT if you buy from out of EU sellers (BL is indeed obligated to
collect VAT from EU buyers when they buy from non-EU sellers for less than €150).
So if you can’t use Onsite because you don’t have an account, the only possibility
to buy outside of EU is Stripe… and not many sellers offer Stripe.
