Hello everyone.

Jan 9 I placed an order at a store, where I had asked that seller before placing
the order if they could send it with priority mail instead of having it tracked
(cheaper). They accepted and I can see on the order I placed that the seller
have updated the shipping cost with the correct price, however I have not been
invoiced yet. January the 14th, 5 days after placing the order I tried contacting
the seller and asking for an invoice, however as of today I still haven't
received a response even though I can see they have read the message. They payment
method is PayPal (Onsite), but I have no idea what to do since the seller seems
to ignore me. What can I do?

Any help is appreciated, thanks for reading.

There may be a pay now button on the orders overview page (right side of the
table)

Hi, thanks for the reply . I have already checked for a pay now button and
it is not present. The order status is also "Order Status: Pending".

You can file an NRS (Non-Responding Seller), that might wake up the seller.
