| Good day! I’m new to Bricklink. I’m trying to request a quote before I proceed
to the checkout, but some sellers are telling me that i can do that by hitting
the button before proceeding to the checkout. I do not see this option. Is it
because I’m on an iPad or do I need to check a box in the settings? Thanks!

If enabled the Request Quote button should be just above the Place Order button
in the final step of the checkout process.

You cannot enable it. A seller either allows it or they do not. You have to go
to the last step in checkout and see if there is a quote option.

If the store has it enabled you'll see it at the last step of the checkout
process - Shipping (see pic).
