Store: Edgebrick Meadow
Hi all my orders are piling up in my store and they just stay there, im not sure
why or how the orders move into the 'completed' section /after being
shipped and the feedback uploads to the profile of my brickstore, but thats not
happening.

I have marked them Ready and commented on one with feedback even but they just
stay there.
Is there something I'm supposed to do after Invoicing?

After you marked them shipped the buyers can mark them received or completed.

After you marked them shipped the buyers can mark them received or completed.

Yeah, if you set them to Ready, the buyers can’t change the status.

Yeah, if you set them to Ready, the buyers can’t change the status.

Nvm now i see as u change status then new status opens up great. thanks
