good morning I had a problem with a customer (even if it was being solved by
e-mail), he blocked my payment on paypal and put the order in NSS status. now
I paid him what he wanted the payment on paypal was unlocked, but the order is
still in NSS status. I have been trying to ask the customer to unlock it for
two days, but still nothing

I believe you can respond to the NSS on BrickLink with evidence of the refund,
that should remove it
